After you contact us, we will work around your schedule to find a time to come in and do an in-home consultation. From there, we will begin measuring to map out your new basement window. When you agree to the work, we will schedule a day/s for the window installation. We will come approx 8:30am on our scheduled installation day to install your new window. The installation process is quick, easy and we guarantee to treat your house as we would treat our own— leaving it clean and the space respected.

We will come to your home and take measurements. We will then explain the installation process and share what unique characteristics of your basement help determine the style and size windows we recommend. Next, we will provide you with a quote and with your approval will prepare a contract for you to sign.

Schedule

When you agree to the work, sign our contract, send us a deposit. We will confirm and schedule the next available installation date a in our calendar

Install

One of our professional installers will arrive on time, and clean and professional looking. We will install your new window and leave your home looking as if we were never there. We will also leave you with our 2-year workmanship warranty, and a manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty. (Warranty is included in our electronic contract)

Dug a new window well, removed the old window, cut the basement concrete wall, installed a new window, a new window well and adjusted insulation, put gravel in the new well. Josh was very thorough, cleaned up the worksite and even took the old window with him; I didn't want to keep it. The work was done as promised for the estimated amount.
